BLACK SITE - (MAINLY USA)
Any secret facility denied by the host government. Black Sites include covert military bases, deniable training facilities and, notoriously secret prisons used for EXTRAORDINARY RENDITION. One example of a Black Site is BRIGHT LIGHT.
