A Passive Cavity resonator designed by electronics genius Leon Theremin, whose inventions included the Theremin musical device. Placed inside a wooden United States Seal presented to the US ambassador in Moscow in 1945. The device worked only when radio waves of the correct frequency (330mhz) were sent to it. Examined and reverse engineered by Peter Wright of MI5. See SATYR.
