PENKOVSKY, OLEG

PENKOVSKY, OLEG - Oleg Vladimirovich Penkovsky (1919 - 1963) was a GRU Colonel who warned the West about the Soviet Union's delivery of nuclear missiles to Cuba. Believed executed by the USSR.
