PROJECT RAINBOW
PROJECT RAINBOW (CIA) Unsuccessful program to reduce the Radar Cross-Section of the U-2 Spy Plane. U-2's had been radar-visible since the first overflights of the Soviet Union and various methods were trialled before the project was absorbed into PROJECT GUSTO, partially to reduce the numbers of indoctrinated personnel.
