ELEPHANT TRANSMITTER - (CIA) Pictogram-coded transmitter for indigenous forces to easily report enemy forces passing an observation post. Issued for the Vietnam war. Buttons featured representations of trucks, tanks, men - and elephants, a common beast of burden in the area.
