SHAMROCK - (AFSA/NSA) Starting in 1945, the Armed Forces Security Agency, later the National Security Agency collected all telegraph traffic in and out of the USA, transferring the data to microfilm. Exposed and investigated by the Church Commitee in 1975 and later terminated. See also MINARET.
