THE REGISTRY - (UK/MI5) - POST WWII
The archives of every contact, operator, agent and operation. Archives pre - 1940 were badly damaged in a firebombing raid on Wormwood Scrubs prison, where they (and staff) had been placed for safekeeping. Work to conserve the fire and water damaged archives was still being undertaken in the 1960's.
