JIB - JACK IN THE BOX - (CIA) Inventive solution to confuse JGB surveillance teams. A pop-up false head and shoulders contained in a briefcase. When dropping off an officer or agent under surveillance, the vehicle driver waits until briefly unsighted and the passenger departs quickly, while the driver operates the JIB. To recover the passenger, the system folded back down in a second and the procedure was reversed.
