TOO - TECHNICAL OPERATIONS OFFICER - (CIA/OTS) Officer responsible for installing, operating, maintaining and removing technical equipment such as surveillance 'bugs'. Known as 'Techs' these oficers travel Worldwide at short or no notice, often called upon to improvise an installation against an intelligence target.
